The internet is changing. Every year over 1 billion people use the internet and the majority of those are non-English speakers. Forecasters predict that future growth lies solely in non-English speaking nations such as China, India, Brazil, Russia and Indonesia.
For businesses in English speaking countries this change in dynamics presents both a challenge and opportunity. Through their English only websites they are tapping a small percentage of the online audience. However, with minimal investment and effort through a website translation there are endless opportunities in terms of expansion and increased revenue.
Kwintessential have long been at the forefront of a movement to help companies maximise their global potential through websites in foreign languages. Working with a range of companies from Blue Chips to SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises), we have assisted in both the translation and design of multilingual websites.
Many clients feel unsure about website translations for a host of reasons such as cost, uncertainty as to what languages are needed, lack of technical know-how and general lack of awareness.
We have therefore made the process simpler and more cost-effective to allow the first step towards a multilingual online presence.
