| Have you people ever saw or witness any other person about Jesus Christ and the way to eternal salvations? Abnegating other languages and living Christian life is an example I’ve seen Being Christian, that is, by setting ourselves apart, is a witness in and of itself, I know. I want to know how often you speak the message of salvation and encourage others to turn from their sin and follow Christ. How many times per day, week, month, year, etc. This is not meant to make you feel guilty, or proud for that matter; however, I'm curious to know how often others do it? Also I want to know something about cross culture communication |

| If you want me to get nuts and bolts about it...it's been about 2 months (+) since I verbally spoke to a "stranger" about Christ......thanks for the question...accountability is nice (even though I don't know if that was your intention) Cross culture communication information is easily available at this website have seen the page |

2. Many people undertake evangelism in the strength of the flesh and often bring the name of Christ into disrepute.
In the Bible, Paul does not chastise anyone for not evangelizing. He asks for prayer for his own speaking and does remind Timothy not to neglect his gift.
However, the only instruction for what is considered evangelism is the so-called "great commission". This was given to the apostles before the start of what is considered to be the church.
Peter does say that we should be ready to give a reason for the hope that is within us in the context of suffering that was about to come upon those to whom he was writing.
If the Spirit leads us, we will be sensitive to the opportunities that He brings across our path. If we are in the flesh we may embark on marketing campaigns to build up church membership out of a fear of failing to do what someone has told us we are supposed to. |

Hi,
I was wondering that calling out loud the Christianity is in many places quite ethnocentric thing to do. It is, in my opinion, enough to ggo with Christian values and behave like a Christian. It shows more respect to other cultures that I do not know so well and also opens up a possibility for dialogue. I think dialogue should be based on respect and free-will. It is not a good start if I think in the beginning that my way is better than yours (for me it is, but not for all). Equity is important (genuine one) when intercultural encounters happen. |
