Course Overview
”Sales is Sales no matter where you are”. Correct? No. Sales styles, techniques, buying signals and all other areas relating to a successful sale are culturally dependent. How you sell in the US will differ to how you sell in Dubai, China or Japan.
Simply put, our course is aimed at sales staff wishing to understand how their role may be challenged by cultural differences when working abroad or selling to a different culture.
Sales training courses are everywhere but where we differ is in the angle we tackle the subject from. We do not teach people how to sell. We teach people how to use their existent sales skills in foreign environments. We examine, study, analyze, modify and test approaches to selling in every area of the sales process using different examples from different cultures. Then we can refine an approach until we settle on what works and what does not.
