Speaking Hindi Urdu as a second language
1st Video by me. I always wanted to learn other languages. Just explaining why I started learning Hindi and Urdu. I have been learning on and off for about two years. Very nervous at time when I made this video. My notepad in case your wondering has Hindi script on the front. I hoped to do a seperate second video regarding the speech competition. I just mentioned it in this one and then ran with it. For the comp we had 5 topics, like :- Can people learn about Indian culture through Bollywood films, Is it right or wrong to pay for the (UK) Olympics. Is it better to be vegetarian or a person that eats meat. I forget the other two. As the Olympics are coming to the UK I chose that topic. I did a little research regarding prices etc. We had three minutes for our speech which needed to be memorised. At the time I could recite almost all of it from memory. There was only a handful of adults who took part. I would like to encourage other people to try their hand at Hindi / Urdu. Grateful for any feedback but please if critical make it constructive.Namaste
