The Case of China: Should Advertising be Standardized?
Founded in 2003 by a group of faculty members with an interest in promoting Chinese culture, the Rollins China Center was established after receiving a grant from Thomas J. Petters that strengthened the Colleges global initiative. Today the China Center is part of a select network of institutions that promote cross-cultural learning.To promote the College mission of global citizenship and responsible leadership through educational and cross-cultural exchanges between China, the United States of America, and other countries * Assist in the establishment of Rollins College as a leader in global education Facilitate cross-culture learning and teaching in or about China * Provide opportunities for Rollins students, faculty and community to learn about China through cultural events and networking sessions * Promote China-related research, know-how, as well as faculty & student exchanges * Partner with the College of Arts & Science, Crummer Graduate School of Business and the Holt School to further internationalization in China
