An International Family

International House Berkeley brings together over 600 international and American students under one roof, where they live, eat, study hard and play hard together. Many great friendships and memories are made by the residents here. Programs offered by iHouse foster cross-cultural understanding and respect, and raise awareness about global issues that affect us all. It's our iHouse...GO BEARS!Note: If I were to remake this video, I would add more pictures/narration about the activities that promote awareness of global issues (e.g. UN Day, Lodestar Dinner) and how iHouse builds up "leadership skills for the promotion of a more tolerant and peaceful world." Many iHouse resources and activities are "designed to stimulate diversity of thought and experience." (from iHouse Mission Statement)I just made this video for fun, but if asked to remake this video for serious publication, I would definitely rewrite the entire script to include this part of the mission statement because those things ARE very important.Thanks for watching!
